Complaints and Suggestions Service

This is a service provided through an electronic system to receive feedback from customers. It adopts the best global practices to motivate the public and elicit their observations to achieve the strategic objectives of the Ministry of Interior for the years 2010-2015, and was officially launched in 2011.

The General Directorate has issued a decision to form a committee for complaints and suggestions in order to follow up on cases received through the system and study them with the relevant internal authorities, and then respond to customers with their results within the standard timeframes approved according to relevant methodologies, including the methodology for communicating with external customer complaints and the methodology for suggestions, creativity, and innovation.
