According to the UAE Government Excellence Program, a service package is defined as “the process of grouping interconnected services based on the customer’s perspective, not necessarily according to the organizational structure, in order to facilitate access to them.”
With this concept, packages help meet customer needs by providing services linked to several entities at a single point, eliminating the need to move between related entities, which saves time and effort and contributes to achieving customer happiness.
From this perspective, the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs – Ajman, in cooperation with its partners, has launched the “Work Residency Cancellation” package to save time and effort for customers by providing the services included in the package as shown in the table below at a single location within the main building of the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs – Ajman:
